Please include the names, addresses, and phone numbers of all locations we will travel to throughout the day
Some locations restrict access and movement during the ceremony. Is this a concern at your location? This may also be a concern to ask your officiant.
Be sure to include events before and after photography services are scheduled. Remember to include time for formal bride/groom photos, and family group photos.
Please provide the name and phone number of your wedding coordinator so you can enjoy your day as much as possible without interruption. If you do not have a designated coordinator, assign a family member to work with me throughout the day.
Will there be any special traditions, have you written your own vows, performances, grand exits (sparklers, birdseed, bubbles, etc.)
Will there be a dinner service, buffet, finger foods, toasts, dance floor, etc.
Please list family members, include an asterisk (*) next to anyone in the wedding party.
Divorces, deaths, etc.

Choosing yes to this option allows us to use your names (first names only if preferred) and photos on our Facebook, Instagram, Website, Portfolio, etc.)
